To be considered for the Levi Pearson Foundation Graduate Student Scholarship, applicants must submit the following:
Required Documents

Completed scholarship application form

Current resume or curriculum vitae (CV)

Official or unofficial college transcript

Proof of enrollment or acceptance into an accredited graduate program

Personal statement (500–750 words) explaining academic goals, career aspirations, and financial need

One to two letters of recommendation from a professor, employer, or mentor

Professional headshot or recent photo (optional, if desired)
